Garrisdale & MacArthurs

Garrisdale & MacArthur’s Cottages

The cottages are identical, new larch clad bungalows situated on the shoreline of sanday with great views across the bay to Canna.

They are modern, light and spacious and are ideal for families or groups, comfortably sleeping six.

Bedrooms – 2 x twin rooms and 1 double room

Bathroom/Toilet/Shower

Kitchen/Dining Area  - Large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area ideal for cooking, eating and socialising.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with cooker, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave,washing machine etc.

Lounge – Comfortable large sofas and chair plus TV and WiFi

There are porches front and back for boots,coats etc  plus a deck area at the front of the property.

There is a private garden area surrounding the cottage plus picnic table and chairs.

Heating is by oil fired boiler and woodburning stove, logs can be purchased.

All linen and towels are provided. 

Cost is £800 per week

Burnbank

Burnbank Cottage

The cottage is a traditional croft house that has been renovated throughout to create a cosy, compact base for you to enjoy your visit to Canna.

Situated directly on the shoreline of Sanday with great views across the bay to Canna.

Upstairs – 2 twin rooms and 1 bathroom (no shower)  Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Downstairs – Open plan kitchen/dining area

                     _ Seperate lounge

                     _ Large porch for coats, boots etc

 

The kitchen is fully kitted out with cooker,fridge,freezer,washing machine,microwave etc

Heating is provided by an oil fired Combi boiler.

Burnbank has TV and WiFi and also has private garden areas, front and back with a picnic table and chairs.

All linen and towels are provided.

Cost £600 per week

Ferry: You can find your way to Canna by Calmac ferry from Mallaig.

 

Check the ferry timetable for the Small Isle Ferry before booking!​

The summer ferry timetable will run until Oct 2022. You must book as a foot passenger - Call Calmac: 01687310240 Option 2

 

Kayak or Sail: if you want to sail or kayak to Canna here are the GPS co-ordinates you will need 57.0579° N, 6.5456° W
